The 1-day course is held twice a year, usually in Spring and Autumn at a location in North Yorkshire. The course provides delegates with the knowledge, training, and qualification to be able to legally and safely operate hot tubs in a business environment.

Hot tubs are increasingly popular in the business sector and applications may include holiday lettings, glamping, camping, and event usage. The certificate and training are relevant for employers and employees.
