Free Delivery of Logs, Log Stores & More to Masham

Our regular weekly deliveries to Masham, Ellingstring, Swinton, Healey and Fearby will be on a Tuesday along with West Tanfield, Grewelthorpe, Kirby Malzeard.

Our kiln dried logs are split to a suitable size for both wood burning stoves and open fires, customers can choose between standard size logs (average 10 inch) in Soft, Birch or hardwood logs or smaller log known as hobbit logs (average 8 1nch) Hobbit logs are a mixed bag of hardwood.

Hardwood species are primarily Alder, Ash, Beech, Birch, Oak and Sycamore. Softwood species include firs, larch, pine and spruce.

After kiln drying our logs to a moisture content of 20% or less, we store them in an environment where there is plenty of ventilation and cover. This ensures logs remain dry and provide  the customer with a cleaner and more efficient burn with more energy transformed directly into heat.
