Free Delivery of Logs, Log Stores & More to Hawes

Friday is Dales day throughout the year. Many of our customers in the Dales rely on our efficient and regular delivery service to keep their log stores stocked up during the winter.

You will see a Log Company truck trundling along the roads in Swaledale, Coverdale, Wensleydale and Arkengarthdale delivering softwood, hardwood or kiln dried logs to eagerly awaiting customers. We deliver logs, kindling, firelighters, kadai firebowls and wood fired hot tubs to Hawes, Bainbridge, Aysgarth and Askrigg on Fridays. Customers in Carperby, West Burton, Castle Bolton, Redmire, West Witton, Carlton, Horsehouse and Melmerby are also included on this delivery round.

We pride ourselves on providing logs which have a guaranteed moisture content of 20% or less, we know how important it is to buy firewood which burns well, doesn’t spit and is economical so all our logs go through a strict quality control process before they arrive at your door. Kiln dried logs are even drier at an average of 15% or less moisture. We use locally sourced timber and dry it in our own efficient kilns.
